Construction - Digging
Fortunately,
a row of Lelandi Cypress trees perished just before this project began.
Once they were removed, we removed a section of fence to permit entry of
a Case 530 backhoe!
The backhoe operator carefully set the machine so nothing in the landscape was damaged. A backhoe surely makes short work of the hard, rocky clay that lies just inches below the surface! Here's a neat and tidy hole left after man and machine had finished that day. The next step in the process was installing the plumbing for drains, skimmer, UV light, waterfall, and circulating jets.
